The 46th annual ILTACON is officially underway!
During the past several decades, it has grown from a few lawyers in a meeting room to a major event. As ILTA CEO Joy Heath Rush recently joked in an ATL interview, the organization may need to build new hotel rooms to house the more than 5,300 attendees expected this year.
With dozens of sponsors, more than 80 panels and educational sessions, countless activities, and a stacked agenda, this year is sure to show just how the legal tech world is growing.

Here’s a preview of select agenda items today.
The ILTACON Shuttle Service, presented by Legora, will have pick up and drop off at the Magnolia Canopy from 11-9.
The Ask ILTA desk will be located in the Delta BCD Lobby from noon to 8:30. Complimentary official T-shirts and bags will be available in the lobby as well! Sizes are first come first serve. The swag shop will also operate from the lobby, so be sure to grab some ILTA swag.

The ILTACON Opening Session with keynote speaker Jim Abbott will start at 9 in Delta Ballroom A.
Then, refuel and refresh at the Wellness Window — presented by Harvey. Running from 10:30-3:30, it’s a window of time designed to help you return to your day feeling your best.
The ILTA Authors Corner will be available from 10:30-5 at the Davidson Registration Desk. Publications from fellow ILTACON attendees, book signings, and more will be available. Check the Bizzabo App to see when live signings are happening.
A next series of speakers will take the stage from 11-12:30: Break, Pivot, Exfiltrate: The Anatomy of a Breach in Davidson North, CFO Roundtable: In the Box Office in Delta D, Caution to Confidence Prompting Techniques Promoting AI Adoption in Volunteer North, Managing Legal Service Delivery: Optimizing Processes with Automation in Volunteer Ballroom South, Passwordless: What, Why and How in Delta C, Whose Legal AI Workflow Is It Anyway? An improv-style CLE workshop in Delta B, You Are Not Your Job: Navigating Job Loss and Designing Your Next Chapter in Davidson South, and eDiscovery Roundtable: The Destruction and Spoliation Edition in Tennessee AB.
Following these speakers and workshops will be lunch from 12:30-2:30 in Ryman B.
The next set of events are from 1-2. First up we have Master Class: The AI-ready Law Firm: Operationalizing Institutional Knowledge for a Competitive Advantage (Box) in Tennessee Ballroom.
From 1:30-2:30 is Helping ILTA Develop Its Strategy for the Future in Magnolia Mezzanine 11/12.
From 2:30-3:30 another set of speakers takes the stage. Panels include: AI Is Already in Your Organization, Is Your Privacy Program Ready? in Davidson North, AI-Powered Time Capture in Delta C.
The next set of speakers will speak from 4-5. Sessions include AI as a Cognitive Ally: Tools and Strategies for the Neurodiverse Mind in Davidson South, From Intake to Destruction: Mapping the Modern Data Lifecycle in Davidson North, From Resistance to Results: Managing Change in Legal Projects in Volunteer Ballroom South, Integrating GenAI into a Modern Legal Learning Framework in Volunteer North, Legal Taxonomies and the Modern DMS in Delta C, and Proving Impact: A Revenue‑Centric Scorecard for Marketing Technology.
The night ends with Exhibit Hall Opening Reception – Curtain Up: Showstoppers of Legal Tech in Ryman A from 7-9.
